      Please note, we do not accept vendors offering alcoholic beverages, marijuana or marijuana-related products, illegal substances, services rather than products, intimacy products, or offensive or discriminatory items.

    Vendor Acknowledgement:

    YOU MUST READ CAREFULLY AND BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM YOU AGREE TO THESE GUIDELINES

    • Vendors are expected to remain for the duration of the event. If you tear down your booth early, you may not be invited to return.
    • Vendors must provide their own table and display unless otherwise noted.
    • Once approved, payment must be received within 72 hours to secure your space.
    • If you cancel within 24 hours, you must find someone to cover your spot or forfeit your space.
    • Please allow 2-3 business days for application processing. Final space assignments will be provided 24 hours prior to the event.
    • You will also receive detailed load-in/out instructions and parking information at that time.
